My work at Jawbone

Nov 2015 - Feb 2016

As a full-time contractor for 3 months, I was asked to head up global email campaigns touching US, EMEA, and Japanese markets through the holiday season. We sent email to hundreds of thousands of customers and blog subscribers—all through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. My work required coordination across several international Jawbone teams, including localization specialists. 

I took on a few additional projects during that three months as well. I developed two detailed campaign proposals—one to expand Jawbone’s product onboarding series from 2 to 12 months based on customer usage data, and another to monetize the Jawbone UP2 product’s Welcome Series experience by upselling partners apps with behavior-based email automation.

Working at Jawbone, however brief, was a highlight of my career. The Lifecycle & Growth Team was filled with brilliant individuals who I'm grateful to have learned from—especially Corey, Chris, Victoria, and Jason.
